We do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank / UK national holidays.

All overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of it being placed, though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. 

Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail First Class for delivery within 1 to 2 working days in the EU and 10 working days internationally.  Next day Special Delivery courier service is through DPD which guarantees next day delivery on any parcel - though keep in mind that it will arrive next day from the date it's shipped and not the date the order was placed.  If your order hasn't arrived when expected then it's likely due to delays with Royal Mail.  Please leave up to 5 working days from dispatch in the UK, 10 working days in the EU and 15 working days internationally before contacting for a replacement - though after this time has passed I can issue a replacement and do everything I can to track down the missing parcel.
