How long will it take for orders to be dispatched?
Due to Covid 19 orders will take longer than usual and delivery rates have changed due to the current situation.
UK orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Some orders will take longer in busy periods where it may take up to 7 days, but we will get your orders out to you as fast as possible. International orders can take up to 28 working days to arrive, but Rainbow Tyger will aim to send them out asap.
All Express orders placed before 2pm GMT will be shipped out the same day.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday
We do not dispatch goods on bank/UK national holidays.
All overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges.
Customers who use Hotmail and Gmail accounts should check their junk folders for order confirmation emails.

What types of payment do you accept?
Rainbow Tyger accepts most major credit or debit cards and Paypal. The default currency on the site is in GBP (£ - Great British Pound Sterling) but multi-currency is available on the site. Your Bank/Paypal will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. Our site has a built in currency converter on the site, but that is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.
Returning an item.
You can get an exchange or refund from any item within 28 days of receiving your order. Rainbow Tyger can only accept items that have been unworn, unwashed and are in their original packaging.
